Have you been diagnosed as being lactose intolerant? My Dr. suggested this after an appointment discussing my difficulty drinking milk; it was causing instant diarrhea. Or, I considered, it might be eggs. The odd thing was cottage cheese and yogurt were no problem. So I went to soy milk and skipped eggs totally. This went well fo a year or so, but traveling became problematic. I decided to try an experiment. I went organic on the 1% I'd been using. All was well. I then added cage-free organic eggs. Again all's well. WHAT was the cause? It had to have been the artificial HORMONES added for production in both products!!
If you're truly lactose intolerant, (allergy to milk) you might not want to try this. But the exposure to the problem hormones were causing in my diet, has gone a long way to making me feel better. Kathy
